Please note that booking via our website means that you accept the following terms and conditions of rental.

LONG TERM LET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that once a deposit has been received on a long term property, this is NON REFUNDABLE if the contract is breached or cancelled.

If a contract is breached, then any outstanding bills or damages are to be paid separately to the held security deposit. 

 

Terms & conditions of booking a rental with Another World Properties/Camposol Properties managed properties. Legally registered to work in Spain.

1. Initial Payment

At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 25% towards the total cost of the property. This payment is your only commitment until 8 weeks prior to your departure.

NB the majority of our properties incur a laundry and cleaning charge for your departure, please ensure that you ask if this is applicable to your property, this will be itemised on your booking form as a separate charge. This is payable in cash upon arrival.

2. Payment of Balance

The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure, unless paying cash on arrival.

3. If You Cancel Your Booking

lf you wish to cancel your booking you must do so by sending written confirmation. In the event of a cancellation and to compensate for the expense of processing your booking and for any loss that may result from being unable to re-sell the holiday, the deposit is non refundable and further charges will apply upon cancellation — please refer to the following:

4. Insurance Requirements

Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured.

9. Party Size

At no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement. Property owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.

6. Problems With Your Property |

If you have a problem during your holiday, immediately inform the Local Agent who will then endeavour to put things right. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility, as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

7. Occupancy

Your accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. The maid needs this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. However if circumstances permit these times may be varied, but this must be prearranged.

 

8. Breakages & Damages

The security deposit is refundable after a villa check, we do trust you to report any breakages or damage to our representative. You will be required to pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary.

9. Property Standards

We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we endeavour to maintain high standards. However, inevitably, items break or require maintenance, therefore please be aware that you may encounter maintenance staff and pool cleaners during your stay.

Please note that tiled surfaces can become very slippery when wet, take extra care if your feet are wet after using the pool.

10. On Arrival

Immediately upon arrival at your holiday home please familiarise yourself with the layout of the

property and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps, slippery surfaces etc

11. Pets

Pets are only permitted at our properties by prior agreement/

12. Smoking

All of our properties are non smoking and we ask you to respect this by smoking outside the

property.

13. Included in the Cost:-

*Bedding

-Towels but not pool/beach towels (unless otherwise stated)

-Pool maintenance

‘All water and electricity (excluding long term lets)

14. Complaints via 3rd parties.

Please note that there are residents in the Surrounding areas and respect noise level, especially in the early hours. The Applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the Villa party. Failure to adhere to any of the booking terms and conditions will lead to immediate termination of the booking, without a refund or expenses to relocate being paid by Camposol Properties or the owner.

Please remember these villas are people’s homes, so respect them.

Force Majeure: — This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or

change your travel arrangements in any way because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist

activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen

circumstances that may amount to force majeure.

Booking Conditions for Camposol Properties/Another World Properties  Camposol Properties/Another World Properties are acting as an Advertising Agent only on behalf of all owners, and as such, the contract is with the relevant owner. We do not have the responsibility to compensate for whatever nature suffered by the hirer, adequate insurance must be purchased by the hirer.  We have carefully selected and inspected all properties advertised and we endeavour to maintain a high standard. However, inevitably, items break and require maintenance, therefore please be aware that you may encounter maintenance staff and pool cleaners during your stay.  Please note also that we do not have any control over sub contractors, who may need to visit to repair appliances etc.     

Please note all our properties are non smoking, we ask you to respect this by smoking outside.  Please note that there are Residents in the surrounding areas and respect noise levels, especially in the early hours. The Applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the Villa party. Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property. Failure to adhere to any of the booking terms and conditions will lead to immediate termination of the booking.  

Check-in/Check-out.
The property is available from 4p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Your responsibilities.
The party must treat the property, it's furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to our local representative.  If on arrival damage already exists within the property, please bring to the immediate attention of the office, to ensure that previous clients and the cleaner has reported, otherwise you could be held responsible.  The applicant must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. We reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit.  Please remember these are people’s homes.  To purchase adequate insurance to cover all eventualities.

Safety.
On arrival at the premises please familiarise yourself with the layout of the property, and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps and slippery surfaces. Please note that tiles become very slippery when wet, take care if your feet are wet both inside and outside.  Children must be supervised by an Adult in the pool area. Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or surrounding patio area.

Cleaning.
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and after you have departed. Should you require daily maid service or a weekly clean this must be requested prior to the commencement of your holiday and is not included in the rental price, this is an additional cost. Although the property will be cleaned after your departure it must still be left in an orderly state and all kitchen utensils should be washed and all rubbish removed from the villa. Should the property require extensive cleaning, then we reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit.

Problems.
The Applicant is hereby made aware that there may be other homes under construction in the area. We will not accept liability for complaints arising from construction. Please ensure you ask the relevant questions prior to booking.  The owner or Management Company will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by conditions over which they have no control. The owner or Management Company will not be liable for any loss due to noise or disturbance from anywhere within the vicinity of the rental property. The owner or Management Company are not liable for any interruption of services provided via a 3rd party i.e. electricity/water.

Booking Cancellation. Full terms detailed on our website.
Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure unless agreed otherwise. The Applicant must notify us any additions or alterations to the booking form in writing. Applicants cancelling a booking please view our terms and conditions on our website.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports.  Applicants are strongly advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation accident, illness or damage.

Passport Verification – all visitors 16 and over must now complete our Guarida Civil forms, these are now a legal requirement in Spain, they are just like the HOTELS taking a copy of your passport.  This form will be emailed to you with your booking form to complete and return to us.
