Mar Menor Golf Resort enjoys a unique situation: in Torre Pacheco, just 5 minutes from the Mar Menor, 29 minutes from the centre of Murcia, the provincial capital, 38 minutes from Alicante International Airport, with flights to northern Europe and the UK, and just 8 kilometers from Murcia San Javier Airport.

Every aspect of the development has been designed to combine quality with function and pleasant surroundings. The avenues are wide and shaded by palm and citrus trees. There are manicured lawn areas and delightful footpaths providing access to all amenities.

Second Phase:
Currently all the properties of the first phase of our Mar Menor Gold Resort have been handed over and the resort benefits from all the services, including the 9 hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas. In the spring of 2006 the opening of a luxury five star hotel is planned, which will further amplify the service offer within the resort.

The enormous success achieved with this resort has encouraged Polaris World to extend the current surface with another 700.000 m2 offering new villas, townhouses and apartments. For this second phase Nicklaus Design will revise the landscaping of the existing 9 holes and add another 9 holes with the typical design of Nicklaus.

With all this, Mar Menor Golf Resort will turn into a 1.400.000 m2 resort with an 18 hole golf course, an Intercontinental 5 star hotel, and a wide service offer.
