This exceptional 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached villa with stunning sea views is just 200m from the beach, and a 10 minute walk from the pretty village of Isla Plana. Built in 2006, I bought it direct from the builder “as new” in 2012 and have lived in it ever since.

The lower floor comprises:

Entry to the villa via electric door into the garage. This is currently used as a laundry storage are for the owners business, but has parking for 2 cars. To the side is a separate store room with door.

Through the fire door into a corridor with feature arch, leading to the 4th bedroom / granny flat. This is a spacious room with a small kitchenette and direct access through sliding patio doors onto the lower garden, which is laid to gravel. There is a WC shower room along the corridor. Also on this level is a spacious office, which could be used as a 5th bedroom or games room.

Otherwise, the only things that really need doing is a coat of paint and replace one shower screen and the villa would look as new.

All furniture could be included, if the price is low I would be taking the main bedroom suite as it was expensive. Decorative items will be taken.

The villa has security grills fitted, and both burglar and smoke alarm connected to an alarm company system.

IBI . Property tax (council tax) paid to Cartagena Town hall is in the region of 60 euros a month.
