This is a spacious 3 bedroom Neptuno on the final phase of Camposol, with a fantastic garden and pool, perfect for families wanting to make the most of the beautiful Spanish weather!

The front terrace has a sofa, table and 4 chairs with a view onto the street. Through the front door you enter the lounge area with UK TV, sofas and a coffee table, off the to the right, the dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs and hot and cold aircon to heat the lounge/diner. There is wifi available at a small charge.

Off the dining area is the kitchen, with hob and cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pans and utensils you would need for a self-catering holiday.

To the left off the lounge is the first bedroom, which has a double bed, drawers, hot and cold aircon and a ceiling fan. Off this room is an en-suite bathroom which has recently been renovated. It has a walk in shower and sink, and has heating.

The second bedroom is also downstairs and has a double bed and tables, with hot and cold aircon. Next to this bedroom is a utility room, with washing machine and toilet. 

Upstairs is the third bedroom, which has 2 single beds and a bed-side table, with hot and cold aircon, and the door leading out to upstairs terrace. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, toilet, sink and bidet. 

The garden at the rear really is the crowning glory of this villa. The area around the generous sized pool has a high quality astroturf, perfect for little ones to play on. There is a family sized gazebo with ample seating and coffee table, plus a shelving unit with an electricity point so you can plug in a stereo and really relax!

To the side of the villa is a private alfresco dining area, with a table and chairs for 6 people, BBQ and lighting. 

Electricity is on a pre-paid card meter, which comes pre-loaded with an allowance, to stop the aircon from being left on all day. Once that has been used more are available to purchase from the office. 

The wifi is provided for a small fee.  The cost for this is 10 euro per week payable on arrival, you will need to visit our office to make payment or pay our check in person.

There is a cot and high chair available for guests to use.

Villa is subject to a departure cleaning fee, and refundable security fee.
