Casa Barclay is a luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom holiday villa with its own private swimming pool & garden, which is situated on B Sector, Camposol very close to all the local amenities.
The covered main entrance to the villa, which overlooks the garden, is a great place to take morning coffee or sit and read & relax.
The lower level of the villa comprises of a glazed sun room which can be used as an additional living space. The sun room is fitted with sunshades, air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort.
Coming through the sunroom you will find a spacious, open plan lounge, with a large corner sofa and further seating. This room is equipped with UK TV, surround sound, an iPod docking station, ceiling fan & air con, plus a log fire. Linked to lounge is the formal dining area which seats 6.
The spacious, modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, all cutlery and crockery.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, plus a full en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.
Bedroom 2, comprises of twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.
There is also a family shower room on the lower level, next to the second bedroom.
