The lower level of the villa comprises of a glazed sun room which can be used as an additional living space. The sun room is fitted with sunshades, air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort.  Coming through the sunroom you will find a spacious, open plan lounge, with a large corner sofa and further seating. This room is equipped with UK TV, surround sound, an iPod docking station, ceiling fan & air con, plus a log fire. Linked to lounge is the formal dining area which seats 6.  The spacious, modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, all cutlery and crockery.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, plus a full en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.
