The ensuite bedroom is next door, again with double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, patio door leading to the side terrace, which takes you to the pool area. 

The ensuite has a sink, wc, bath with overhead shower and radiator.

Access to the top third bedroom is either accessed via the conservtory or the side of the villa, up the stairs.

The top bedroom again is a double with bedside cabinet and lamp, freestanding wardrobe, drawers small tv and a small kitchennette with kettle and a toaster, cups etc.

The ensuite is a walkin shower, with sink and wc.

This bedroom also has a terraced area to admire the vast countryside views.

To the side of the bedroom is where the wshing machine is, with a drying area.

The rear pool area can be accessed via either side of the villa.  Under the stairs to the side of the villa is a toilet, so you do not have to go back into the villa.

With the pool area is surrounded by astroturf, a large sized swimming pool, shower and sunloungers.

The added feature to this area is the covered bar area, ideal for socialising or watching the children in the pool whilst having shade.  There is a dartboard but darts need to be purchased from the local chino, or bring your own set.

Next to the bar area is a charcoal bbq.
