Murcia Tourist Board Licence number VV MU 057 The covered main entrance to the villa, which overlooks the garden, is a great place to take morning coffee or sit and read & relax. The lower level of the villa comprises of a glazed sun room which can be used as an additional living space. The sun room is fitted with sunshades, air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort.  Coming through the sunroom you will find a spacious, open plan lounge, with a large corner sofa and further seating. This room is equipped with UK TV, surround sound, an iPod docking station, ceiling fan & air con, plus a log fire. Linked to lounge is the formal dining area which seats 6.  The spacious, modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, all cutlery and crockery.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, plus a full en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom 2, comprises of twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. There is also a family shower room on the lower level, next to the second bedroom. The upper floor has two further bedrooms, which can be accessed via internal stairs, Bedroom 3 has an air con unit, a king size bed and en-suite shower room, with direct access to bedroom 4 via an internal door in bedroom 3. Bedroom 4, accessed from bedroom 3, single bed which pulls out to a double, bedside table with lamp and a ceiling fan. A very spacious solarium surrounds the upper level, with additional table & chairs, perfect for enjoying the views of the countryside all the way to the distant Sierra Espuña mountain range. In the swimming pool & garden area you will find bespoke pool & patio areas, pool shower, a covered dining area with BBQ, sunbeds, seating and a parasol. The mature garden surrounds the villa with secure off road parking and outdoor lighting.  The washing machine for the house is located inside the garage. The villa has central heating to all rooms, with a log burner in the main lounge and conservatory area,  Air Con in conservatory/sun room, lounge & upper master bedroom, all other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa is readily supplied with fire safety blankets, fire extinguisher and smoke alarms. Located within a few minutes walk to the local supermarkets, shops, restaurants & bars, perfect for a night out or a leisurely lunch.  This villa really is the definition of luxury self-catering accommodation on Camposol, and with the space for 8 people to enjoy, you can’t deny it really is worth every penny! To the right of the living/dining area are the bedrooms. The main bedroom is a large double room, with ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and bedside tables. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in corner shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The second bathroom has toilet, sink and walk in shower. With this apartment you get use of the stunning communal pool, surrounded by grass, ideal for the kids to play in, or for sunseekers to top up their tan. There is also a small sports complex, kids play area and a path leading down to the beach which in the summer has a large inflatable assault course, so there is no chance of anyone getting bored here! There is also a space in the underground car park for you use.  The local shops and bars are only a 15 minute walk away in the village of Isla Plana, a lovely traditional Spanish village with bakeries, bars/cafes, ice cream shops, small supermarket and parks, there are often events happening in the village during the summer, including foam parties and a cinema on the beach! Through the arch into the single bedroom, with fitted wardrobe, a set of drawers with mirror and lamp and fan. Next is the shower room with a large shower, sink and wc. The next room is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet with lamp and a set of drawers with lamp at the other side of the bed.  There is also a dual air conditioning unit. The front bedroom again is a double bed with fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps.  There is also a dual air conditioning unit and a TV with Spanish reception and also a firestick to gain access to Netflix, etc. The kitchen is through a door in the living room, it is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, (including a fitted filtered drinking water tap) required for a self catering holiday. Through the kitchen door to the outside where you will find it is tiled and at the side of the villa through to the courtyard there is an outside toilet, ideal when using the pool. Also in this area there is a table and chairs and a pull-out clothes line. Coming outside the courtyard there is an outside storage box which contains the soft poolside furniture cushions, and a further 2 storage boxes in a covered area containing inflatable toys for the pool and reclining chairs, etc. In the next area there is another table and chairs with umbrella, bbq and a shower next to the pool. At the end of the pool is a gazebo with comfortable seating and table, separated by a wall to the off road parking area with another seating area, so the pool area is not visible to the road. A sliding gate leads from the road into the side of the villa. A lovely villa, ideal for a family holiday being only a 10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants, shops.  This villa is perfect for a holiday in the sun without the need for a car. Pets are  allowed. No smoking inside the villa.
