As you enter the property you have a couple of steps into the property with a few steps up to the front terrace where you have comfortable seating with table and chairs, to the end of the terrace there are metal stairs up to the solarium. Into the living room with comfortable settee inflatable comfy chair, tv, internet, dining table and 6 chairs, 2 ceiling fans and air conditioning, through the arch into the main ensuite bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, a set of drawers, mirror, wall mounted tv, ceiling fan and light, air conditioning and then curtains seperating you from the ensuite. The ensuite consists of spa bath and walk in shower, sink, mirror and wc. Adjacent to the main bedroom is the bathroom for the second bedroom, with bath, overhead shower, wc, sink, bidet and bathroom cabinet. The double bedroom next door and fitted wardrobes, a set of drawers, bedside cabinet and air conditioning. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all utensils for a self catering holiday, with appliances fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. A very comfortable, well presented villa rented as a 2 bed 2 bath. Through the kitchen door down the steps brings you to the garden area, part gravelled/part tiled.  Providing a table and chairs with umbrella and sunloungers around the area. There are lights in the evening around this area. The pool is a decent sized pool with steps leading down into it. This villa is a very cosy property with everything that you could want for a self catering holiday.   No Pets No Smoking inside Please be aware that this villa is alarmed for security with cameras, these are turned off when occupied.     REVIEWS See below my review for Diane’s property, Date of stay- 03/05/2025 - 10/05/2024 Thank you. This is my second time staying at Diane’s property and, just like the first, it was an absolutely fantastic stay. The shops, bars and restaurants are a mere 10 minute walk away making the day and night journey much more accessible. The villa itself is stunning. Very well kept, very clean and anything you need is always right there. All furniture inside and out is of high standard and you still have all the comforts of being at home. Diane and Mark are great hosts, any issues they are very quick to pick up the phone or even any recommendations for things to do, they are the go to. It’s always a pleasure to visit the villa and I already look forward to next year for my third visit. Megan -------------------------------------------------------- We stayed in may 2025 July 2024 and August 2023 Myself and my girlfriend have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back for various reasons, the area is quiet, secluded and overall relaxing, there are shops, bars, restaurants and even a little casino just down the road within walking distance, no need for renting a car if you’re just planning a quiet stay with your only worry being if you have beer in the fridge. But, if you do want to rent a car and venture out, there’s a rental place within that walking distance. There are tons of places/activities to go to and/or do, we’ve been to the zoo, it’s not your typical little abroad zoo with barely anything to see, there’s plenty to view. It becomes a day out within itself.  Also a water park added on to the zoo as well, so you can go and spend half a day at the zoo and spend the rest of your visit at the water park, in other words you or the little ones won’t be bored.  There’s a beach not too far from there, docks too with some expensive looking boats & yachts to have a look at, beach activities, bars, restaurants, shops and more all within this section. The people are lovely, neighbours say hello. The surroundings are perfect for photos or just to stand and gaze at. In and around the villa has been decorated to suit a modern - at home stay and it doesn’t disappoint.  Air con is a dream, especially being brits, we don’t handle the sun very well do we… But after a long hot day, with that air con you’ll feel like your back home in January it’s great.  Overall would 110% recommend for anybody to come and stay at this place, all ages. The provides everything you could wish for, and more. Secure lockable gates on entry into the garden area, which is gravelled up to the step onto the front terrace, where there is patio area with comfortable furniture and overhead awning. Into the open plan living area, with settee, chair, tv, internt, coffee table, cupboard with all relevant information about the villa, board games, xbox 360 game console, air conditioning and ceiling fan and light, dining table for 4 with chairs. Into the well equipped kitchen, with oven, hob micorwave, fridge freezer, kettle, couple of different style of coffee makers, all utensils and crokery required for a self catering holiday.  There are a couple of stools. The ensuite bedroom is to the front of the villa with double bed, desk and chair with lamp, bedside lamps, fitted wardrobes, ceiling light and fan. The ensuite has a glass sliging door to enter, with bath and overhead shower, wc and sink. The second bedroom is to the rear of the villa, with double bed, bedside lamp, chair, fitted wardrobes and ceiling light and fan. The second shower room is next to the is bedroom, again with sliding door, shower cubicle, sink and wc. Through the kitchen door into the back terrace with a couple of chairs and table. Under the stairs there is the boiler, an outdoor fridge with various kitchenware that can be used. There are stairs leading up to the well presented solarium, with table and chairs with umbrella, a couple of comfortable chairs and a couple of sunloungers, with a pull out screen if you require privacy. The access to the communal area is through the rear door, with communal area with showers, communal pool a few astroturf areas, an area for young children with slide etc.  Also a couple of concrete tables and benches and a bbq. It is such a lovely area to enjoy.   NO SMOKING INSIDE NO PETS ELECTRIC METER WITH A WEEKLY ALLOWANCE.

The sofa bed quickly converts into a double bed, with a mattress that provides support for the body and can be used by both children and adults. Cupboard with storage, here you will find toys, books and games. TV with internet and sound system that can be used to listen to music via Bluetooth. Air conditioning. Dining room: dining table that can be extended, 6 chairs and a bench, space for 8 persons, so plenty of room. Kitchen: small but well-equipped kitchen. New oven and induction hob. What a fantastic villa this is even more spacious than it looks on the photos. We were a group of 8 ladies ranging in age from mid 50s to 70. Booked the villa at the end of June for a week to celebrate a 70th and 65th birthday. The outdoor space was just perfect for our group offering both full sun on the pool loungers or cool shade under the pergola where the outdoor fridge and fan were perfectly located. Evening BBQs and drinks round the beautifully lit pool and garden were just perfect. The sun room at the front of the villa is a great addition enabling the whole group to stay together for those that wanted to stay partially indoors. The layout of the villa was great for our group with the lounge area and kitchen perfect for the early risers without disturbing those that wanted a little extra relaxing time before another day of sunbathing by the pool. As a group we have rented lots of large houses/villas and it is rare to find a 4 bed 4 bath villa where all the rooms are comfortable for adults. The villa is also in a great location in Camposol within 10-15 mins walking distance to the main centre where there are plenty of shops bars and restaurants. Although the walk is much easier on the way back as it is then downhill. Whilst you dont need a car I would recommend the use of one if only to get the supplies of food and drink. However we found a great local taxi firm to take us to the port and we also used the tour bus that runs at the weekend. All in all we had a great week in this perfect villa in the sun and we are even planning a return trip next year.

From the kitchen area leads to the side terrace, overlooking the pool area with confortable seating. The pool area has a few areas of seating, to suit all, whether comfortable in the sun or under shade, with a charcoal. Dogs are welcome. Smoking please not inside the house. To the back of the villa is an ideal space for children to play. To the pool side of the villa is the main entrance, there is a purpose built raised terrace which overlooks the pool, with comfortable seating, a glass table and 2 chairs.  This area offers amazing views over the front wall. On entrance to the property there again is an extended area where you will find a fridge freezer, mainly used as a drinks fridge.  From here you get entrance to the top bedroom ensuite and terrace, and also entrance to the main level. To the main level, you walk into the well equipped kitchen, with all necessary appliances from cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils required for a self catering holiday. Into the dining room, with table and 6 chairs, air conditioning unit.  Through into the living area with comfortable 2 settees, coffee tables, tv, internet (small weekly charge), radiator for the cooler months. From here there is access to the front of the villa which is a fully glazed in terrace with ceiling fan and radiator for the cooler months, witha comfortable seating.  The main bedroom and ensuite and twin bedroom and shower room are throught the arch way, the double bedroom providing bed, drawers, side cabinet, air conditioning, fan, built in wardrobes, then the ensuite with wc, sink bath with overhead shower. The twin bedrooms with 2 beds drawers, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, and A/C. The shower room is next door, with shower, wc and sink. Please note that the owner has a card meter for the electric, where a weekly allowance of 50.00 is allowed, anything over 50.00 the clients have to pay for. The solarium and top bedroom is not in use. No pets.
