Living room: 2 armchairs, a sofa bed and a coffee table. The sofa bed quickly converts into a double bed, with a mattress that provides support for the body and can be used by both children and adults. Cupboard with storage, here you will find toys, books and games.
TV with internet and sound system that can be used to listen to music via Bluetooth.
Air conditioning.
Dining room: dining table that can be extended, 6 chairs and a bench, space for 8 persons, so plenty of room.
Kitchen: small but well-equipped kitchen. New oven and induction hob. Fridge with freezer. Small dishwasher. Coffee machine, toaster, toast iron, pots and pans. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cups for more than 6 people.
Bedroom 1 with ensuite: New double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Air conditioning.
Bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub, cupboard and shelves with storage.
Bedroom 2: New double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Air conditioning.
Family bathroom: toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and shower. The bathroom has a washing machine.
Baby equipment available, travel cot and high chair, if needed.
Outdoor area:
From the garden you enter the sunroom/hallway, with shoe cabinet and bench. The sunroom opens out onto a terrace with a dining area, large table and chairs with space for up to 8 people. There is also a small fridge for storing drinks. On the terrace there is an awning, so that the entire terrace can be in the shade.
The garden with a large private pool, 8x4 m and outdoor shower, is at the back of the house. Sun loungers and deck chairs by the pool. In the garden there are two parasols and a clothes drying rack, a gas barbeque and a large charcoal barbeque.
Stairs up to the roof terrace with a lounge sofa. There you can enjoy a nice view of Camposol and the golf course.
Parking: There is private parking in the garden, at the front of the house, with a roof over it so that the car can be parked in the shade. It is also parking in the street, right in front of the house.
Other things:
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
The showers have shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Clothes steamer is in the wardrobe.
