Fantastic communal pool on site which is open to the public at a small charge from May through to October as well as there being a well stocked supermarket and restaurant/bar on the urbanisation within a 200-meter walk of the property.

Ideal for a fantastic break, be it for sunshine, lying on the many stunning beaches within a 15-minute car drive or water sports including scuba diving, jet skis, boat charters, snorkelling etc or for hiking, kayaking, quad biking and cycling on the many tourist trails around the beautiful sierras that offer a haven for wildlife, birds and stunning scenery.  If you like history and culture, you have major cities within an hours’ drive including Cartagena, Murcia City and Lorca which have something for everyone including the many roman ruins found in this historic area.  For Golf enthusiasts, there are two 18-hole courses within a 15-minute drive one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as many more within an hour drive on the Mar Menor as well as inland Costa Calida including the famous La Manga Club.

Located within 20 minutes of the historic Port of Mazarron and 10 minutes from Mazarron Town, you have many beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, medical centres, museums, markets and a bus station within easy reach.  You are close enough to the heart of the action without the noise in authentic Spain.
