There is a twin room adjacent again with fitted wardrobes, with a shower room and wc and sink next door.

The garden area is currently gravelled with stepping stones around the pool area.  There is a brick build bbq, sun loungers table and chairs around the garden.

There is off road parking also.

Smoking only outside the villa.

The location is excellent for golfers, as only a few minutes walk to the golf clubhouse, where anyone can go in, they provide entertainment some nights and dining, or if lunch time provide various meals or snacks.

Its approximately a 5 minute drive to the main commerical area.
