There are two sizeable dining areas, one within a fully enclosed conservatory looking over mountain views.   Leading up the outside steps is a completely separate annexe of a 4th bedroom and shower room, opening out onto a large sun terrace.   La Casa Paraiso is very family friendly, providing a TV with substantial channels, free wi-fi, an Amazon echo dot and a travel cot. There are fans located within every room. Raised walls around the property for privacy and security, lockable gate as you enter the garden area, stylish table and chairs with astroturf. To the right of the garden area are sunloungers on the patio area, overlooking the pool. A couple of steps lead you up to the front covered terrace with comfortable seating and coffee table, and even wind breaker blinds that cover the open sides for the cooler months. As you walk into the open living room the modern style and comfort of this villa is so apparent. A large comfortable settee, with coffee table, large tv on the wall with fire stick and internet available, fire for the cooler months, air conditioning, Into the kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer, kettle, toaster and all the relevant utensils for a self catering holiday. The front ensuite bedroom has a large double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, drawers, tv, air conditioning, large mirror, fitted wardrobes.  Into the ensuite with bath and overhead shower, sink, wc and radiator. The twin bedroom again has air conditioning, bedside cabinet and lamp, table, tv, large mirror and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is assecced via the kitchen and has fully enclosed stairs leading up to the bedroom, ensuite and solarium. Patio doors lead to the solarium which is astroturfed with comfortable chairs and sun lounger, ideal relaxing area. The outside area extends from the bottom of the pool area down a few steps to the bbq, bar, seating and games room area. With amble seating table and chairs, charcoal bbq, sink and cupboards, facing the bar and to the rear of the bar leads under the villa into the games area. The games area offers, pool table and darts board, large tv, and excellent addition for entertainment and to relax and cool off. There is also a wc and sink in this area so you dont have to enter the villa. A villa which gives you the luxury of a relaxed holiday. The pool has a heater for the cooler months, to use this there is a weekly charge of €150.00 to cover the high electric charges. Please note, for the cooler months that there are radiators throughout.   NO PETS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA PERMITTED, OUTSIDE ONLY. There is an electric meter fitted, the owner allows a 50.00 euro weekly allowance, anything above this amount is payable by the renter.
