To the pool side of the villa is the main entrance, there is a purpose built raised terrace which overlooks the pool, with comfortable seating, a glass table and 2 chairs.  This area offers amazing views over the front wall. On entrance to the property there again is an extended area where you will find a fridge freezer, mainly used as a drinks fridge.  From here you get entrance to the top bedroom ensuite and terrace, and also entrance to the main level. To the main level, you walk into the well equipped kitchen, with all necessary appliances from cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils required for a self catering holiday. Into the dining room, with table and 6 chairs, air conditioning unit.  Through into the living area with comfortable 2 settees, coffee tables, tv, internet (small weekly charge), radiator for the cooler months. From here there is access to the front of the villa which is a fully glazed in terrace with ceiling fan and radiator for the cooler months, and comfortable seating. The main bedroom and ensuite and twin bedroom and shower room are throught the arch way, the double bedroom providing bed, drawers, side cabinet, fan,air conditioning, built in wardrobes, then the ensuite with wc, sink bath with overhead shower. The twin bedrooms with 2 beds drawers, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes. The shower room is next door, with shower, wc and sink. The top bedroom from up the stairs again has air conditioning, bed, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan, fridge, kettle, drawers and fitted wardrobes.  The patio doors lead to the top terrace with a comfortable swinging bed.   Please note that the owner has a card meter for the electric, where a weekly allowance of 50.00 is allowed, anything over 50.00 the clients have to pay for. No pets. A departure clean and launder fee is also payable.

The lower level of the villa comprises of a glazed sun room which can be used as an additional living space. The sun room is fitted with sunshades, air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort.  Coming through the sunroom you will find a spacious, open plan lounge, with a large corner sofa and further seating. This room is equipped with UK TV, surround sound, an iPod docking station, ceiling fan & air con, plus a log fire. Linked to lounge is the formal dining area which seats 6.  The spacious, modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, all cutlery and crockery.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, plus a full en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom 2, comprises of twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. There is also a family shower room on the lower level, next to the second bedroom. The pool has a heater for the cooler months, to use this there is a weekly charge of €150.00 to cover the high electric charges. Please note, for the cooler months that there are radiators throughout.   NO PETS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA PERMITTED, OUTSIDE ONLY. There is an electric meter fitted, the owner allows a 50.00 euro weekly allowance, anything above this amount is payable by the renter.
