This 2 bedroom apartment is in the first block of Rosa de los Vientos in Isla Plana.

As you walk into the apartment on your left is the ample sized kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the crockery/utensils and glassware you could need for a self catering holiday. In the kitchen there is also a breakfast nook.

Walking past the kitchen you enter the living/dining area. This area has a dining table and 4 chairs, a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa, Smart TV with Netflix installed, WIFI, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage.

To the right of the living/dining area are the bedrooms. The main bedroom is a large double room, with ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and bedside tables. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, sink and toilet.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.

The second bathroom has toilet, sink and walk in shower.

With this apartment you get use of the stunning communal pool, surrounded by grass, ideal for the kids to play in, or for sunseekers to top up their tan. There is also a small sports complex, kids play area and a path leading down to the beach which in the summer has a large inflatable assault course, so there is no chance of anyone getting bored here! There is also a space in the underground car park for you use.

The local shops and bars are only a 15 minute walk away in the village of Isla Plana, a lovely traditional Spanish village with bakeries, bars/cafes, ice cream shops, small supermarket and parks, there are often events happening in the village during the summer, including foam parties and a cinema on the beach!
