Hi Jon,

Wanted to send this earlier but my home computer has crashed so I don't have access to my e-mails at present.

This is just to say 'Thank You' once again for yours and all the rest of your staff effort with regards to all the hard work that you put in to make our purchase of our Villa in Spain as smooth and with little stress as possible.

Throughout the whole process you explained what was required and what was going on.

From the first day that I met you, there was no hard sale tactics and the fact that you were completely honest and had a nice nature about yourself is the reason why we decided to go with you and your company.

You kept us well informed with regards to what was going on through the process and I know you must have been working hard to make sure that when we signed everything went through with out a single hiccup!

Again this was completely stress free even down to meeting us to sorting out bank accounts. Your whole package was excellent and I have already passed your details on to a number of friends who are interested in purchasing property and I highly recommend you. 

Finally what a nice touch it was of you to provided the basket of wines. That was greatly received and opened on the first night sitting up on the roof terrace in our new place.

On our completion day we were collected from where we where staying at 9:30 and everything including the Bank and notary etc were all completed by 12:30. I must say that it was a completely stress free day, thanks to you and all involved and what a nice surprise to receive your welcome gift on completion.

I have been in business myself for most of my working life, and I have always worked on the principle of putting the customer first, and ensuring their complete satisfaction, and that is exactly what your company has achieved.

I can honestly say that in our opinion you are running a completely professional service, and would sincerely recommend to anyone who wishes to either buy or sell property in Spain to contact Another World Properties first, I know we will.
